Great little device - much cheaper than big brand alternatives for the same thing. Sits in the effects loop and acts as a master volume. If your amp relies on distortion from the power tubes, then this will not be as effective. It only allows you to drive the preamp section of your amp. Overall, it’s a great product.
Exactly what I needed. Big knob for controlling volume and nice metallic enclosure that doesn't take too much space (there is even a smaller version if you need one).

2nd one I've bought now as these are a great little gadget to give a bit more control over valve amps at low volume.
So far so good, helping me dial in that edge of breakup on a Peavey Bravo without deafening the room
