If you have an effects loop you should try a passive attenuator. Fall in love with your amp all over again. It brings the overdriven tone out of your amp at acceptable levels. It's an incredibly simple unit but I think you'd struggle to build one for cheaper than this without the hassle. Ordered it Friday lunchtime and it was on my doorstep the next morning.
This little box is perfect! lets me crank up the valve gain without blowing the windows out at home, ideal for home practice, or recording. great quality bit of kit, and small too! makes it easy to stick to the side of my amp head. Quick delivery, great price, all round great stuff
Allows me to run my little Joyo Bantamp head at a reasonable volume without having to adjust the angle of the volume knobs by nanometres. Also gives me a master volume on what was a two channel amp. About as simple and effective as a pedal can be.
Nice little box and well made. Does the job and will be checking in for some other pedals.
